SIPSY has been created by a handful of Internal Family Systems enthusiasts with the goal of disseminating the Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and worldview in Finland. We are building an IFS community and organize discussions, lectures, workshops, trainings, and other events.

SIPSY is under the umbrella of the Nordic IFS Association which comprises Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Iceland. We aim to establish and maintain a relationship with local associations in these countries, as well as with other IFS groups around the world.
